After 30 years of loyal service, our beautiful conservatory finally had to retire — and I couldn’t have chosen better hands than IHL Builders to help us say goodbye. They dismantled it with great care, piece by piece, and broke up the concrete foundation with equal precision. In its place, they created a lovely new patio, paying close attention to detail and making sure every crevice was filled and every spill wiped away. The wall where the conservatory once stood was silicone-rendered to a standard that would make even the most discerning customer proud. A big shout-out to Daniel and Kelly, who worked incredibly hard through all weather conditions, including freezing cold. And a special mention to the delightful Miri and Leon, who orchestrated and expertly managed every stage of the project. Miri, Leon and the IHL team were unbelievable throughout our whole project. Their communication was excellent and their quote was clear and precise. Most importantly,  the project stuck to the budget set out at the beginning. We had work completed over Christmas and the team continued working six days a week to ensure it was finished to the desired time frame. Imer has done extensive works on our home over the last 4 years and I wouldn’t go with anyone else, I have complete trust in him to do a great job, quickly and at a fair price.
